Who we are
Popwork is a feedback culture and team management platform designed for managers, team leads, and HR teams who want to move beyond the annual performance review.
Built in Paris and launched in 2020, Popwork helps organizations embed continuous feedback into the daily rhythm of work, through structured 1-on-1 meetings, regular check-ins, and other management rituals between managers and their direct reports.
The problem Popwork was built to solve is well-documented: managers are overwhelmed and under-equipped.
Two-thirds report struggling to effectively manage their team, and 64% experience levels of stress that put them beyond the threshold of psychological distress.
Meanwhile, employees who receive regular feedback are significantly more engaged and less likely to leave - organizations with strong feedback cultures see turnover rates 14.5% lower than those without. And yet, 65% of employees say they want more feedback than they currently receive.
Popwork's answer is to make great management a repeatable practice, not a talent.

Founded by Johann Molinari, Florian Le Merrer and Quentin Demeestère, Popwork is a team of 9 people based in France. The company was built on a core conviction: that the relationship between a manager and their team is the single most important lever for employee engagement, performance, and retention, and that most organizations leave this lever almost entirely unmanaged.
