Why Popwork exists
The problem
Managers are stretched thin. The time with each person comes after everything else, until it drops out of the calendar. Too often, we find out a team is struggling when it is already late.
What we believe
We are convinced that the bond between a person and their manager matters more for engagement than any HR tool. To know how a team is doing, you have to talk regularly.
What we built
Simple rituals that fit in a busy calendar: the check-in to say how the week went, the 1:1 to prepare the right conversation, objectives and commitments followed from one meeting to the next, a Kudos to say thank you in time. And for HR, an overview of each team.
